New casino does not want to pay!

UPDATE: I'm putting the review to one star. So I wait 3 days for verification on my $50 win. I signed up for a brand new casino I've never even seen before that offered $250 chips to play with with a 50x play through, the max cash out was $50. I got through the playthrough I set my ID I waited and I waited no response. Now they're trying to tell me first off.. that the email I emailed them from is not linked to my account. First of all when I was on chat they gave me a link to push on to email the banking Department which I pushed on and has anybody knows when you do that it goes from your Google email. I never use my Google email they're playing casinos I use the email that is linked to my banking e transfers. That email that I used to sign up for the casino I also emailed the banking numerous times from that email. Now they're trying to pull the excuse that somehow I have multiple accounts in this casino which I do not. 3 days ago was the first time I've ever saw this casino in my life I opened it and registered. It is absolutely impossible to have multiple accounts with the same email it does not allow you to open multiple accounts with the same email. Basically what they're doing is they don't expect people are going to actually get through any playthrough to be able to cash out money. Because I actually got through a playthrough and $50 they're having any excuse not to pay!! You know this is absolutely disgusting. It's funny that I had to wait so long to send my verification to cash out any money yet their system has no problem in allowing me to deposit ASAP to take my money. I recommend any casino like this especially do not even open an account. If they cannot withhold paying you when you in Fairly they are not going to pay you if you deposit them when. All I can say is this casino and their excuses absolutely disgusting and disgraceful! I'm giving it a three because I just started playing brand new in here. And right off the bat it's not looking good. I signed up as a new player with a $250 bonus to play with. The playthrough was 50 times Max Cash Out is $50. I got through the play through and I tried to cash the $50 out they asked for verification for my license and the selfie of my license with me holding it. That is all good and I sent everything required. That was yesterday morning and it still hasn't even been looked at. Honestly how long does it take to look at my name and my license to verify so that I can cash up my $50? The funny thing is that if I wanted to deposit there's no verification they're happy to let me deposit and take money. I always try these casinos first before I make a deposit because if I have troubles Cashing Out $50 then why would I want to deposit more money? Because if I do when I'm going to have nothing but problems trying to cash it out so what would be the point? I have sent emails about this but I am not getting any response as to why my ID is not being processed so I can cash out my $50 winnings that I want fairly and then think about playing. There's no way I'll make any deposit until I know I'm not going to have any issues with verification or cash out. I hope they fix this matter. Response: thanks for responding. As I said numerous times! I only had one! Account. No duplicates, no same ip with different accounts. I've played online for 30 years! I'm very aware that if a player opens duplicate accounts, this would void any winnings. Absolutely no way by me knowing this...would I be dumb enough to do so, waste my time playing and getting through the playthrough..just not to get the winnings! Absolutely ridiculous. Bottom line, you offer something and expect that the players will not get through 50 times playthrough, with any luck. I did and you refuse to pay! Plain and simple! That being said, I will never deposit in a casino that does NOT honor paying winnings. This just tells me, if I deposit and win..you will not pay! This is absolutely the wrong way to operate a casino, and win over new customers. Keep your $50 at least in found out you don't pay players, before i deposited thousands. Thanks kindly.
