DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Customer service is terrible, staff are unprofessional and extremely unhelpful, I have had the phone put down on me more times than I can count, Reyan in particular has been extremely uncooperative, shifting blame onto myself for the unfortunate situation that I have been put in, through no fault of my own, he hasn't returned one of my calls. Delivery was over 2 weeks late, only part of my sofa was then delivered, so had to wait a further 5 days for the rest of my sofa to arrive, sofa was delivered with stains, rips and holes in it, this company have offered no solution for the inconvenience that has been caused and have insulted me by offering me a partial refund of £50 on a sofa that I paid £700 for. I am now taking legal action against this company for the unessacery stress, and trauma this company have caused me. To summerise, terrible experience from start to finish, with poor quality furniture.
