Quick sale, but long wait to complete!
Andy was friendly, helpful and didn't rush me to put the house on the market after the photos were taken. There was very little feedback from Ocean from those dozen people who visitedt our property so no idea whether first time visit, or a repeat. House sold quickly, at advertised price, but buyers after surveyors report wanted to knock £25,000 off the price. I felt the agreed price by Ocean was fair, but felt a lack of support and enthusiasm to push the buyers into paying the amount I'd agreed on. After months of waiting for buyers various reports, they still wanted £25,000 off for no good reason. When Julie was there, I felt she was fully on my side, and after weeks of stress it was finally agreed at £10,000 less than original asking price, which included an estimate for a chimney problem I had offered to pay for at the beginning. Laura had a tough job with the conveyancing both with the buyers and our sellers, and did an excellent job in the light of so many difficulties.
