AVOID LYCA and not worth a penny....BAD PLANS..... BS Customer service with no concern on customer issues (dont care attitude)... NO INTERNET AFTER PAYING $19 DOLLARS MONTHLY..........Customer service is rubbish. They were asking for details on frequently dialed numbers and possibly exposing very sensitive info. Had a very bad experience today talking with the service personnel. The service guy asked me to dial *619# repeatedly and I was not able to see my data plan balance at all. I kept telling him that and shared my number. I have no internet on my phone for the past 1 month even after successful renewal for $19 bucks, I regret taking this connection with lyca. NO INTERNET FOR THAT PRICE , unbelievable!! frustrating!! was stuck middle of nowhere without internet!!!!!!! And the service person was talking rubbish without understanding the situation and asking to share contact numbers from my phone which is not at all okay. You should have backup questions or an OTP system, if you are concerned so much about identity..... (well! we have to be careful, not you!) doesn't make sense and such a horrible experience!! 15 bucks t mobile is the best pre paid service so far.

Try to avoid this airlines.Extremely rude service....they did not even give water when the flight was late. No apologies , nothing.....very arrogant service.
