Bad experience
Don’t know about other branches, but the Southampton branch didn’t give us a good experience. When we were doing house viewings, the first agent assigned to us was very responsive to emails. But after we decided to rent a property, the new agent assigned never replies to emails unless we give her a call, and it usually takes me 2-3 days non-stop trying to get a hold of her. Her line is either busy for 3 hours continuously or she’s not available for whatever reason. Our lease is about to start in a few days and we have been calling the agent for some days now and no hope in reaching her. We were told to call another day since it’s student moving in season, we complied and called another day, and ridiculously we were told that she has a meeting all day and we need to wait for a call back, which never came. It’s always the same saying “we’ve sent her a follow up email” “we have told her to give you a call back”, and not one time she responded or called back. We can’t even get a hold of her direct number, we only get a general branch number. We don’t know if this is a branch communication issue or that individual agent’s issue but this is unacceptable.
