The worst airline you can buy a ticket form
Literally, the worst airline you can buy a ticket from. I had a flight from Malmo to Stockholm Bromma airport, it had 2 hours delay and at the end, they dropped us at Arlanda airport. They said they were going to compensate us for the Arlanda express ticket price, so I bought the ticket and sent the receipt to them for compensation then I received an email indicating that they were going to respond to my ticket within 45 business days. I thought it was just an auto-respond email, so I called them, and then I spoke to customer service which said they would respond within 45 business days. so your choice... Update: Oct the 10th 2023 It has been almost 60 business days and they have not processed my compensation claim case.
