Horrible service
Had a membership with them which I was quite disappointed, there were hardly ever spaces on the classes I wanted to participate in. Too many people in the swimming pool as well and the Jacuzzi never functioned (I tried different branches of theirs and it was always the case). There is no one in the gym to ask for instructions if you want to try a new machine, so found myself needing to ask random people or watch how someone do it before going to the machine and try myself. Then I became too busy and froze my membership which took forever to do because you cannot do it by phone or in your branch, you have to email them 2hich took them a couple of months to reply and during that time I continued paying. When they reinitiated after a year without a notification an email that will alow me to do anything about it, then they charged me for a whole month without notifying me and did not agree to refund me
