Do not use this company
I booked this for my daughter as she got a job at a local restaurant that serves alcohol. The online questions were ridiculous, some were just so hard to interpret. When she finally finished, there was a 2 week wait for an online audio assessment. She would have been better just taking a day's course at the local TAFE. Would NOT recommend this company, they don't respond to emails its just not a responsive provider.
