The delivery was poor

The delivery was poor. There were 3packs to be delivered, on one was delivered without notification that there were 2pending packs. When the rest of the package came, it was still incomplete. There was a screw missing. Only 7 screws instead of 8 was received. Coupling of the trampoline is still incomplete because of the missing screw.
