The worst travel agents I have had the displeasure of booking anything with. Constantly changing flight bookings within days of departure to times that do not work for us despite having booked months ahead. No support only an offer of a refund which would then mean we would have to pay 2-3 times as much to now book a flight that may meet our needs. Avoid at all costs.
