High pressure sales instead of valuable education

Touchstone Education felt more like a high-pressure sales operation than a true learning experience. Challenging questions in the chat were repeatedly deleted - I initially thought it was a glitch, but after scrolling through multiple times to find the messages, it became clear this was intentional and happened on several occasions. Meanwhile, easier questions were answered, making the selective filtering obvious. The content was shallow, focused mostly on vague success stories without practical details or real strategies. They pushed their paid academy aggressively, using guilt tactics like “if you don’t pay, what’s your plan?”, didn't offer any sort of payment plans - instead encouraging loans or spreading costs over credit cards. Even now, two days after the event - when they claimed it would sell out and that the price would jump to £22,000 - I realised I still had the tab open on my laptop, and everything still works at the £15,000 price (I haven’t bought the course and have since closed the tab). So don’t feel pressured into making a decision there and then. Definitely not a good use of my time, and I’m thankful I didn’t spend £15,000 - especially after seeing what others have experienced.
