Shocking customer service experience
Update following a phone call received from Leep utilities: They explained the situation and apologised for the length of time it has take to respond They explained that there is not a policy for offering discounts for having water butts installed They explained how they will try and find out from the regulator whether discount schemes are being adopted by other water companies. Have been offered compensation for the amount of time taken to respond and asked whether I can revise my review which I did The email address I was initially communicated was misspelt and it was "headofcustomerservices" rather than "headofcustomerservice" ____________________ Update following Leep's reply: the email address you have provided does not exist: Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to headofcustomerservice @ leeputilities.co.uk because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. LEARN MORE _____________________________________ Shocking customer service experience Raised the question about waster water discount as we have a number of water butts to capture rainwater to use on the trees plants and lawns for a bigger garden. Query has been ongoing for more than 8 weeks and now asking for proof of purchase for the water butts and then getting no as an answer. The answers were unprofessional and quoting: having to ask a colleague, waiting on a manager, did not match our policy etc Asked the question about what is actually covered on their discounts policy and they were unable to provide a reason for this.
