I highly recommend this travel agent. I went to the Vélez Malaga branch at the beginning of December 2021 to arrange flights to Australia and I found Sergio to be very efficient, polite and friendly. He speaks some English and he did his upmost to find me the flights that suited my needs and then followed up with after sales care by advising me on baggage allowance, seat allocation, boarding pass and documentation for Australia.
