Incompetent doesn’t even cover it!
I don’t know where to start. Seems to be a familiar pattern. So much down time on my site. Heart never took any responsibility and I spent nearly a full day dealing with their painfully slow ticketing system. Communication was terrible and quite often they took hours to reply, seemingly uninterested that my business was being affected. Numerous problems with billing, incorrect payments being taken, multiple times, no apologies and a huge amount of time trying to be refunded, which we haven’t fully. Our SSL certificate had not been installed properly and the site was down so much, they blamed it on our bandwidth being used, when in fact we outsourced to another professional host, who quickly identified the issue. They even asked us to provide the expertise of another company to resolve the problems they couldn’t. If you want an incompetent company, go with heart, they are experts in that field!
