FireFly is trouble
I have rented one car with Firefly with my husband through Booking.com for 9 days. We have paid 79.28 pounds plus Zurich Full Insurance UK of 49.28 pounds To my surprise, we were charged 213.35 euros, I checked my rental agreement and I didn't pay attention when I collected the car but I am being charged twice, I am trying to chase Firefly, but no one picks up the phone and I am trying to fix this with booking.com
