I purchased Emu step through bike as a Christmas present for my wife…
After unpacking and setting bike up. I had a small issue with product, phoned Electric Rider. Gila rang me within 5 mins. Issue sorted, so far customer service has been exellent. I have tried the bike just for half a mile seamed ok. Hopefully my wife will test it on christmas day. Happy with customer service.
