excellent but the delivery was bad!!The contents of my package are…
The contents of my package are excellent - however the delivery let everything down! The delivery driver contacted my flat - I responded and said I would open the entry using my remote control - but that is the last I saw of my package until another resident took her dog for a walk at 9.15pm that evening!! I am confined to a wheelchair and on continuous oxygen and live on the first floor.. The driver had left my package outside the main door not my personal front door. The entrance to the building has well displayed notices requesting that deliveries are taken inside the building. I shall not be ordering again from your company if this is how deliveries will be carried out.
