Super helpful staff
As always I spoke to a very pleasant young man.who was really helpful and cheerful. I asked a question to which he didn't immediately know the answer. He asked if I minded if he put me on hold while he asked for me then, bless him, apologised for the delay (which was minimal) and got the answer for me. The service is excellent and he was lovely. Generally hotel chocolat are great. The sleeksters I have bought as presents recently have had great feedback too
