Truly Outstanding Program
I entered the program with a less than positive attitude since it was my wife who started the registration process before discussing it with me. My attitude quickly changed through my interactions with the Carda Health staff - Everyone was very professional and friendly. The equipment provided was excellent and the instructions for setup and operation were easy to follow. However, the key to my success with the program was Justy V., my personal coordinator/coach. When we had a problem getting a consistent reading from the heart monitor, she knew exactly the corrective actions necessary. When I experienced a minor injury during our last session, she immediately was there to adjust the exercises to enable me to complete the session and then provided me with educational materials to alleviate the problem. Justy has to be one of the very best that Carda Health has to offer - she is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I've come to consider Justy, not only as an outstanding service provider, but as a mgood friend. As an aside, I was so impressed with the program that I'm signing up for the Phase III self-directed program. Keep up the good work.
