Signed up for the "premium" membership…
Signed up for the "premium" membership thinking i was gonna be able to go to group training, to then find out the group classes are only available in one of the gyms. This was not advertised. Tried to "downsize" my membership because of this but they were unresponsive. Total crap. Would not recommend.
