I ordered a Holden Captiva but got something else and charged for fuel when the tank was full.
I ordered a Holden Captiva. Upon arrival at the Redspot Melbourne Airport Office I was told no Holden Captova's are available and the small find print on the reservations says 'or similar' Redspot believe a Toyota Terrgao is similar to the Holden Captive. One being a Van and the other a SUV? Upon return of the Toyota Terago I had filled the fuel tank. Redspot charged me half a tank of fuel even when it was not necessary. I complained to the Redspot Duty Manager Chris at Melbourne Airport. I do not trust this car hire company. They are unprofessional and rogues. Be warned and do not use them.
