I placed my first and last order with this company, as I thought it would be a good idea for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by two weeks, and on the day of delivery, I received an email informing me that the van had broken down, resulting in another week-long delay. Despite having ordered nine items, I only received three, leaving me feeling extremely disappointed. Furthermore, I discovered that refunds are not automatically issued and must be pursued by the customer. As a result of this negative experience, I will not be using this company again. ORDER #1972 I received a full refund on my order after requested.
