I'm still waiting for the email advising me as to how I return an item for a refund.several emails have been sent to you regarding this matter. Also in the past few weeks I have spent a lot of money with you and again I emailed you to say I was not informed of the deal on free testers when certain amounts of money are spent which I certainly have.
