Invoice just received after 9 months …
Just received a phone call stating there is a debt on my account for putting my dog to sleep on 4th April 24 that they have not invoiced me for as they didn’t send it out it’s now 23rd December!!! They admitted they didn’t send it but was told that it will be escalated to debt collection agency!!! Absolute incompetence!
