Unacceptable charges after return of car
Started off well very friendly staff at pick, however after dropping off at Poznan airport two days later invoiced for damaged to the car where there was none when returned photos and video taken to confirm no damage. Car was washed before final trip back to Poznan 2 hour trip across Poland on a Sunday, refuelled in Poznan to a full tank, just recieved another Invoice for returning a dirty car and refuelling charge, again I have photos showing a full tank of petrol and clean car considering the return trip on a Sunday afternoon. This has to be the only rental firm in the world who wants a full valet done on the car after you drop it off, if you want it cleaning at drop provide customers with a jet wash. I always assume part of a car rental is the company clean the cars after they are returned. booked this car via holidayautos.com as they give this company 8.1 excellent review that is very questionable score and will avoid that website as well in the future. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST AS IT SEAMS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ALL COST. I have contacted the complaints department including photos of a clean undamaged car with a full tank of petrol, unfortunately i do not have the piece of equipment your company uses to gauge the tank is only 97% full. The explantion is you have no respect for your customers of fair business practice and are just scaming customers as can been seen from the many negative rieviews on trustpilot.
