After three valuations on our property from three different estate agents we chose Harris & Co. Apart from being the most competitive price they were the only ones that had thoroughly researched the price trend for similar properties in the area. Also had the highest valuation from them and we got the price we wanted. We had an offer within three days of going on the market. A very friendly and professional service throughout the process and kept in touch with us every step of the way. This made selling the property an absolute breeze.
