Booked Glasgow airport several months ago via the website as cheap as any other sites available. Just prior to my booking I changed my car. Only on exiting did I find out my mistake 😞 looked up my booking and pressed for help at the barrier, person I gold was so helpful and allowed my exit. I also confirmed this on returning home by email to NCP. Thanks
