When i purchased 2 brand new scooters…
When i purchased 2 brand new scooters in 2022 the customer service was ok, this time in 2025 i purchased a refurbished model, it came with a missing part, 20 days later no response,i tried online chat and the bot keeps saying we will reply shortly ( it never happens,) emails are ignored, and so too web forms,i called 01923 381030 but its only constant music and no reply after saying " you are number 1 in the queue" I have given up and buying my own part from somewhere else What ever happens know this, if you buy a refurbished model You are on your own after purchase. I hope this review helps someone
