Selling a house can be a nervous and stressful time, at Brad Teal it was seamless. We were kept informed all the way through the selling process and selling campaign, this made us feel comfortable. Our agent Rod Callahan went beyond his role description (he watered newly planted flowers and cleaned up after a painter for us). Rod was very easy to understand and explained things in user friendly terminology, he was a complete pleasure to work with. We were very happy with the entire process and the end result. Rod explained to us what we might expect to get and the auction process. Tealassist was an excellent idea and my go to when I needed to get an answer and help quickly.
