I found the website awkward to navigate…

I found the website awkward to navigate as, I hadn't crossed the T's and dotted the I's so to speak. It kept referring me back to something that I hadn't done but, didn't tell me what ! Not a massive problem but, making transactions more time consuming than they needed to be. Apart from that, I found the instructions, not to turn up at the store until summoned, ( for one bag of cement.) A bit over the top !!
