WROEST EVER! Just scam money stupidly
They didn't send me the bills for 6 months since we moved in, I called them 3 times and begged to pay for them. They just sent me￡2500 bills and said they are 'actual' readings. Fortunately, I took pictures every month and return the correct ￡800 bills. Then they tried to scam me by saying they can see my electricity reading was 6335 on 31 Mar, while the actual reading today (20 Apr) is 3161. I don't know this happened is because they just want to scam people's money or my electricity reading can magically count down.
