False information given to sell the service
I was offered this service by a really nice lady, however she didn't give me the full and proper information about the cancellation terms and conditions. When she told me if I cancel my service I will be charge 30% of the rest of the month before the year, I told her then I didn't want the service 'cause I wanted to able to try it first and if I didn't like it, I could be able to cancel with no penalty. Then she said I was able to try it for 90 days with no charge, she didn't give me any other requirement. Just the 90 days to try the service. When I reached to customer service to cancel, they said I will be charge more than $200 as penalty, the agent's name are agents Aranza V. e Israel F. They only said: that's on the policy... and there is nothing they can do to help. If a rep from the company gives you the info to sell you the service you normally trust them. You don't expect to receive false information. I'm willing to change my review if I receive help from someone that really have the intention to help and give a fair solution.
