Problems activating the eSIMS
We had initial problems activating our eSIMS and connecting them with the JetPac app, however the online help chat expert (Carl) did a great job to resolve all the problems. It took some time, but IT problems are rarely simple. We are yet to use the eSIMs in anger, but the interface and instructions are very clear so hoping it will be smooth sailing.
