Dangerous Installation
Ordered 3 heaters & a heated towel rail. Advised by salesman, Jay, that delivery & install would be done by Trust on same day & should take no more than a couple of hours. 1 failed install attempt, another day to deliver, 2nd install - 3 items defective or not as ordered, left with botched cabling, wonky heaters (3rd party installer didn’t carry a spirit level) & water leaking from towel rail onto electric cable below. Dangerous. Avoid these clowns at all cost, you have been warned. Photos & videos of ‘work’ available on request.
