Very disillusioned with this company
Very disillusioned with this company! They appear to be a company of two halves. The sales half are fired up, ready to go, lots of hyperbole, best design, most economical to run, heats the home in no time, great after-sales, family company, etc etc. So we bought 3 heaters. Installation was good, quick and neat. That was the last easy contact with the company. Emailed several times with queries, spoke to nice sales lady ( no after-sales personnel!) who promised to get ‘management’ to respond. Nothing! Management only respond to sales queries, it seems! Tried several more times to communicate. Same story. Can only contact sales people. Or accounts people. They chase you up quite quickly! About the heaters! Cannot afford to use three, so only use two. Very expensive to run!! Blurb says it heats the room to the set temperature quickly then stops drawing power until temperature falls below setting. Nice idea. Problem is, if you want the room temp to be 20 degrees, you have to set the heater at 22 degrees, because the actual room temperature is 2 degrees lower than shown on the heater! That extra 2 degrees costs!! Also, blurb says 4 possible programmes. Nope! Only 2 on and off programmes! Stuck with them now!
