From start to finish the Incredible service across the board.

From start to finish the experience was incredible. Will answered all questions I had and was very professional throughout the process. The support team followed up with me the day before installation to confirm a time and low and behold the installer arrived right on time. Installation was a breeze for the installer who was polite and friendly and left the kitchen as he found it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Terribly slow service

Terribly slow service. Purchased e-sim which did not work whilst in Spain. Attempted to resolve by completing additional purchase. Both failed to work. Reached out for refund with very slow response. Evidence of transactions and service not working issued and still no refund. Refund is minor but the turnaround time is appalling. Still waiting on my refund. I'm hoping by submit this review that it might finally get a resolution. It should not have to come to this.
