Fantastic Service!
I’ve been with EWT for around 5 years or so, and have never ever seen a flaw in their products or services. I’ve even successfully referred around 15 others whom have all been happy with their EWT water softeners. Even when I moved houses last year, the transfer with the unit from one property to another was phenomenal. I do usually say it’s always a team effort, however I do have to give credit where it’s due. Abbie at EWT who I somehow always come across every time I contact EWT in regards to queries with services/products, is always so polite & patient, and always ensures that her customer service is A1! She’s doing a fantastic job, and I hope I always come across her every time I make contact with EWT.
