Easy way to rent a car

I was satisfied with the company and car rental service. The car model was exactly as I had booked. The company prepared a brief checklist of small defects on the car, which was very helpful. Also the process of picking up the car was smooth, although we had a small trouble finding the driver and once we had found him he appologized that he was in a rush and left us waiting for another driver. Finally we successfully reached the office and everything went perfectly from then on.
