Wegen Umzug habe ich bei UPC angerufen…

Wegen Umzug habe ich bei UPC angerufen und mich über die Kündigung informiert. Es wurde mir alles gut erklärt. So habe ich per Mail zu Ende Mai 2019 gekündigt, dann sollte ich Anfang Juni das Wlan Gerät in die nächste Filiale vorbeibringen. Erst hier habe ich erfahren, dass meine Kündigung nicht angenommen wurde, da ich diese von einer nicht bekannten Mailadresse gesendet habe. Musste daher nochmals kündigen und muss weitere zwei Monate zahlen. Finde diese Art nicht in Ordnung...
