The website does not work well.
The website does not work well. In one place in tells me auto renewal is on, on another it says auto renewal is off. Often when I attempt to get things done on the website nothing happens. For example, the website glitches, doesn't load or a button is pressed but the action is not fulfilled. The customer service agents are not native English speakers and therefore it can be hard to communicate which is especially disappointing when you are already frustrated with your attempts on the website. Sometimes the customer service will give you information about your account after you confirm your name, number and one time password and then suddenly half way through the call they start asking you for your full name and date of birth and claim they can not give any information until they have that. The service etc. is generally good.
