Very professional service which gives a really great feeling of confidence at the start. Firstly prompt acknowledgement of the inquiry giving the telephone number from where to expect the call (impressive). I received a call on the same day itself from a gentleman who was very clear on the phone plus clear on what I could expect re the course and other details which was helpful indeed.
