Purchased a new s24 ultra and sent back…

Purchased a new s24 ultra and sent back my s9 plus which was spotless. Anyway, a few days later they send me a screenshot of a phone with screen burn in it. Now I know my phone wasn't new but there wasn't anything like this at all. They argued to a point of being rude so I just paid the £25 they asked for. For a company so professional I will think twice before buying anything else from them.
