I bought senior age 7 plus pouches which were not sealed properly and several were off and had to be binned. I wrote to webbox twice and never got a reply. My cat is 18 and has allergies however since eating webbox they have all cleared up and he has never looked so healthy. It’s unfortunate the food is great but poor packaging and worse customer service.

I joined gas sure a year ago £20 per month to cover my boiler and pipes. I have had an on going gas leak nothing to do with them but cowboy kitchen fitters. There engineers have been fantastic, caring and professional and can’t do enough to solve problems. I can’t recommend this company enough. I have reasonably been made unemployed after working all my life aged 59 The engineers did not try to sell me anything like British Gas and showed empathy to my situation. I would recommend this company to anyone. Due to covid the last 2 engineers wore masks, kept their distance and showed professionalism. I can’t put into words how happy I was with there service. Although it was nothing to do with them the ill fitting of my kitchen and the poor workmanship with the gas fitting they apologised for other fitters and said it gave them a poor reputation. It’s the best £20 a month I’ve spent and feel safe and reassured knowing my house is safe I can’t recommend this company enough and they should be so proud of the work their gas fitters
