First test I could find was mid-August. Driving Test Cancellations 4 All brought it in by a day, then two days, then a month within 24 hours. Five days later, I got one in mid April so very pleased. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is customer service. You call the phone number and it always says "all our staff are busy etc etc please leave a message". To date (5 days later) I've still had no one return my call. I also filled in the online form which says they'll aim to respond in 5 days - still nothing. This said, my original query is now defunct and doesn't need answering and I do feel I've got complete value for money. If Driving Test Cancellations 4 All do read this, then hopefully they'll take on board comments about responding to customers.
