The entire team is very nice

The entire team is very nice! The people are very friendly. The Biocircuit is fantastic but eventho the receptionist is very nice, she doesn't seem happy to be there (she never smiles). I am not saying to smile all the time like a silly person... but just because her place there is very important as her energy helps motivate the entire room especially the bio circuit people. My suggestion is to maybe place the reception in a different corner this way the receptionist doesn't have to feel obliged to always smile and give out energetic and positive vibes to everyone 😀 and so she can do her work. Quietly. Why not switch with the water fountain area ? Or anywhere else. Other positive cristism i would say: Please replace the small poof in the shower/changing hall of the fitness with a longer bench but just long enough for 2/3 people maximum because at the moment the poof you cannot even sit or put anything on it because it falls. A bench would take less space and help 1 more person if necessary and would be Much more confortablen than the current poof I believe. On the managerial point; Why are try-outd not permitted ? I think it would be good to give this possibility for people to try out at least one time. Towers and water bottled should Absolutely Absolutely Absolutely be made available in case someone forgets theirs maybe just at the reception and maybe Only exeptionally for only Gym members. When no receptionist; it would be good to leave a paper or something to inform the time of return OR Who to contact in case if absence (téléphone or name or specify if other reception etc). The classes are sometimes too much full... maybe see how this can be adjusted (reduce the maximum allowed to sign up on the app maybe; or add a second class?) This fitness promises Coaching but at the same time there is Never any coaches in the fitness room. Maybe there is but we almost never see him or her. For the safety and security of the people it is important that a coach often be walking around just to ask if everything is going well or just to look around. This makes the people also feel more: "taken good care of" 😀 it should be at least every 15-20min thay he does a Round and weekends also.. and evenings also... anytime the Gym opens... this i presume can o course also be the receptionist doing the rounds every 20min. Cleaning bottles... it may be good to leave water spray bottles cleaning, for the machines during the body circuit... just so people can clean themselves if they want. I once had a person ahead of me thay sweat a lot and another time thay was coughing a lot... both times i was wishing that i could quickly clean the chair and the handles if i had a quick wipe or spray..... but i has my towel but it didnt feel comfortable to use it to clean someone elses sweat... but in the end i just waited they finish their circuit and came back 30min after.. Finally, there is a Big lack of diversity within the staff. It is well known in Business that diversity changes everything and helps a business grow successful. Diversity in ethnicity? Ages? Gender? Diversity is key.... After all this being said i also have to add that everything else is Absolutely Fantastic! The service provided by the Staff is Excellent. Hygiène is Perfect! I often see people cleaning and vacuuming etc.... And the ambiance is Amazing especially for learning and for children. Its great! Your biggest strenght is also the outdoor. Good job. Keep it up!
