Deeply disappointed and have to leave superdrug mobile.My debit card was damaged in hospital car park machine.I had to order a new one.I COULD NOT ACCESS the dashboard.Watson instructions made no sense. I went to Epping Superdrug two days in a row, TAM and the manageress spent two hours trying to help they were patience itself.They went on live chat and waited and waited.It was a disaster so i decided to leave as i had no phone to use for the hospital.I AM A LONGTERM CUSOMER as is my husband.LIive chat was useless.I CANNOT THANK EPPING SUPERDRUG enough, but i did not find the system user friendly
