Polite and helpful
Called to clarify a couple of things, the person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Was a pleasure to speak to them. Hopefully if I ever have to claim this will still be the case, as i always base how well a company does by the way they deal with you when you have a problem. Hopefully will never have to test it.
