Three months ago I’ve purchased 3 months access to seneca premium and guess what? yesterday they charged me for another reneval without my permission or request, just rised the issue with credit card provider, the companies with so unethical practices should disappear from the market, full stop! Update… Olivia from Seneca, just sent me an email confirming refund, thank you, however hiden automatic renewal should not be allowed at any point.
