Very poor experience with Nuffield sign…
Very poor experience with Nuffield sign up processes. It has taken 4 months to sort out issues with the family memberships not being set up properly. Lots of hassle for us and no apology. As an expensive service the customer service needs to be much much better, not only in terms of training on properly setting it up better in the first place and training in how to apologise to the customer when something has gone wrong.
