More expensive to get quote on the phone or delay in taking first quote
Good quote online, but did not take it straight away and lost the quote. After phone call reviewing everything on the policy the quote had doubled. I hate companies like this. Feel cheated and will go to another company. The only positive is that it is possible to speak to a customer service person. But they gave me the higher quote and when I went online again it was the same.
